About The Founder
Hi, I'm Kaitlin Payne.

Since childhood, I’ve found purpose understanding people on a human level, building genuine relationships and fostering meaningful connections that create positive impact in the world.
After climbing the top of the corporate ladder, I found myself as a "successful" executive leader and yet feeling extremely unsatisfied.
I wanted to spend time truly getting to know people—their values, motivations, challenges and fears —and fostering authentic connections that spark growth and possibility. Instead, it was all surface level interactions and inauthentic conversations rooted in fear and ego.
It was as if one day I woke up and I saw in technicolor instead of black and white...and this dark night of the soul awakening led me to leaving my executive role to dedicate my energy full-time to expanding human connection and championing the magic and abundance it creates!
